Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

1. Who we are

Zakgen (zakgen.com) is operated by Pixel Motus, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan (the "Company," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of Zakgen, an AI image and video generation studio. By creating an account or using Zakgen, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using Zakgen, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. How Zakgen works

Zakgen lets you generate images and video from text prompts and reference images using third-party AI models (including those provided by Higgsfield and fal.ai). When you submit a prompt or upload an image, it is sent to the relevant model provider to produce your generation. We don't train AI models on your content, and we don't sell your prompts or generations to third parties.

4. Credits and payment

  • Zakgen runs on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packages and spent as you generate images and video; the estimated credit cost of each generation is shown before you generate.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment details, receipts, and order-related inquiries — we never see or store your card details.
  • Credit packages, pricing, and promotional codes (e.g. launch discounts) may change at any time; changes do not affect credits you've already purchased.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zakgen to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, or infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Depicts a real person without their consent, in a sexual, defamatory, or otherwise harmful context
  • Depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative manner, under any circumstances
  • Is intended to harass, deceive, or impersonate another person or organization

We use automated content moderation on generations, and may flag, remove, or refuse to generate content that violates this section. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund of remaining credits.

6. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit, and of the images and video Zakgen generates for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers and applicable law. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service (for example, showing your generation history back to you).

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any reference image you use, and that your use of generated content complies with applicable law.

7. Service availability

Zakgen depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure we don't control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and generation quality, speed, and cost can change as those providers update their models and pricing. We'll do our best to keep the service running and to communicate material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

Zakgen is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Motus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zakgen is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. You may stop using Zakgen at any time; to request deletion of your account and data, email info@pixelmotus.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use section above.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@pixelmotus.com. Questions about a specific order or charge should go to Paddle, as described in our Refund Policy.
